Despite not allowing actual roleplaying games, Sourceforge does allow
software related to roleplaying games. They've just granted me a new
project for my Yagsbook resources - XML for describing RPG material
(though my description to them emphasised the software side quite
strongly):

All my XML tools for Yags will be moving to here sometime soon.
In other news, my Java mapping software has been a Sourceforge project
