Hi James, Its nice to hear from, especially from your shiny new GMail account ;) If there is anything you want to discuss on this list please do not hestitate to post it. I always try to write a response to all mails sent to the mailing list and I'm always intersted in discussing old and new topics. Since Sam has kindly given us an update on his YAGS project, I'll update on the progress of FRINGE. Unfortunately, progress has been slow due to Real Life commitments, but I've been spending a bit more time. Hopefully, I'll be publishing updated versions of FRINGE on the web site soon (this weekend if I can get round to it). A first draft of the rules for roles and character creation are ready, although I'm having second thoughts about my "meta" character creation system and I'm thinking about ditching it for a "one size fits all" system that handles character creation for all settings. At the moment I'm trying to put together a basic draft of the FRINGE: Fantasy supplement. Actually using FRINGE in a concrete way has created plenty of work itself, as I realise that rules I was hoping to develop for future versions suddenly need to be written now. Progress is slow but sure, hindered by the various hidden tasks needed in developing a RPG.
