From the message headers that he's sent to you, you should be able to tell 
at least where the message went before arriving with him (going on the 
assumption that he really does have another email address).  It's 
hopefully not something like yahoo.com, so you may be able to make an 
educated guess about which subscriber needs to be removed.  

Ecartis does have the ability to attach a "per-user" footer to each 
outgoing message, but that translates into a separate message for each 
subscriber, which somewhat defeats one of the big benefits of SMTP, so the 
feature is disabled.  Users should be able to keep track of their email 
addresses.  

If you're ok with it, please forward the headers your subscriber sent.
