Actually, the reason the cc-lists option isn't working is because it's 
disabled behind the scenes.  Due to a bug in the web interface though, the 
variables are still displayed as normal (and due to a foolish company, the 
developers of Listar have been legally unable to do much with the project 
because of a trademark issue with the name "Listar.").  

Anyway, this variable is disabled because it'd allow you to SPAM your 
posts to other lists at FreeLists (not that anyone would ever do that, of 
course), and that's something that we obviously can't allow.
