Looks great! I checked the following (starting from the end) withoutThanks!
finding any problems:
Two other thoughts I had when looking at the pronunciations:
* In deu-eng-pron.tei.xz, there are entries where additional information is
given in parentheses (e.g. "(Buch) Stelle"). The part in parens should not
be included in the pronunciation, IMO.
Mmh, how important is that? Also, how would you handle cases in which the
parenthesised expression is an infix, i.e. between words?
I believe that all contents of the orth tag should be considered in the
corresponding pron tag. Instead, the prefixing parenthesis expression
should be extracted from the orth tag here.
I had actually put some thoughts into parenthesis expressions (and
similar) during my thesis. Prefixing and suffixing parenthesis
expressions should no longer be present in the new deu-eng and eng-deu
dictionaries; they are converted to <usg type="colloc/> and <note/>,
respectively. (I believe the matching is imperfect, i.e., in some cases
it may not work.).
See *-phonetics.tei.xz for the corresponding version with pron tags.
I had no good solution for infix paranthesis expressions and therefore
retained them in verbatim.
