Your personal opinion on the ethics of the situation is not typically the
most important thing. By using these services you agree to not do what you
are suggesting. There is no clause "unless you think it's ethical, and then
do as you please".
Many would also argue that the only ethical option is to forget proprietary
dictionaries and focus on improving the quality of free and open
dictionaries, like many that are worked on by people here.
My point is mainly that there are likely better places to ask this sort of
question, like a cracker forum.
