The document above is slightly verbose, especially since we don't know whether
a dictionary user is familiar with XML, version control (Git) or alike. It
would be helpful if you could share what you have done so far. If you happen
to have a technical background, you can as well take a shortcut by looking at
our example skeleton dictionary:
