What kind of advice do you need?
We do not have a general-purpose tool set for writing dictionaries by hand.
However, you could adapt my lat-deu approach to your dictionary. I basically
created a custom XML notation taillored to my needs for lat-deu, have a look at

make your editing process quicker.
