Please check again. I've opted for bilingual, because "language dictionary"
sounds clumsy.

dictionaries'.  Maybe mention something like: our german-english dictionary has
N entries as of DATE.
Do you think that's appropriate? It feels somewhat lost in the explanation
there.

BTW, I'm very happy with a non-css website.  CSS is not tricktly _needed_,
imho.
I do disagree. CSS harms nobody and my browser ignores it anway, but it can make
a site very pretty and is nearly a must-have on a mobile device. If it were TeX,
I'd happily do it :).
