Hi all and particular hi Einhard
I've have found time to test the Ding2tei build instructions and have to say
that this is the first time I could build something written in Haskell out of
the box, thanks for the clarity of the instructions :). I have a few points
regarding the future development:
- Could we rebase the ding2tei-haskell-rewrite branch to master, please? I
would appreciate if this branch at the end had beetween 2-10 commits, so a
nicely rewritten history. Eihard, could you do this?
- Is the adjust_for_teiaddphonetics.sed script still required with the
rewritten teiaddphonetics?
- There's a new version 1.9 and Ding2tei fails converting it. The error
output is rather sparse:
ding2tei: Parse error at line 3264, column 31.
CallStack (from HasCallStack):
error, called at ./Language/Ding/Parser/Line.hs:2490:3 in
main:Language.Ding.Parser.Line
We may want to merge the current state first before working on 1.9, n case
this is more work.
BTW, I'm running Debian Bulseye with the converted Ding dictionaries, very
nice! :).
Thanks
Sebastian
