There have been two changes to already released dictionaries:
1. jpn-rus/source release: an outdated zip archive with an outdated Makefile let
to confusions in the API file and has been removed. the src.tar.xz is left
untouched.
2. There has been a re-release of the lat-deu source, because a file was
missing in the distribution.
