Hi Gorzy

Gorzy Gorup schrieb am 15.08.2020, 23:20 +0200:

I get it now! So these are then standalone entries with proper grammatical
information in <gramGrp></ gramGrp>... (I hope that's right?)

Just to add another possibility:

<entry>
  <form>
    <orth>machen</orth>
    <form type="infl">
      <orth>machte</orth>
      <gramGrp>
        <tns>past</tns>
      </gramGrp>
    </form>
  <gramGrp>
    <pos>v</pos>
  </gramGrp>
  <sense>
    <cit type="trans">
      <quote>make</quote>
    </cit>
  </sense>
</entry>

@Piotr, what would be the equivalent to `form type="infl"` for the
translation?

    </sense>

Would it then be appropriate (or at least nice) to link these derivatives
to their original words via cross referencing?

Sure, if you would like to do it that way, just look up `xr`. However, I like
the monolithic version better :).
