 3.0.0-beta1 should be released in two weeks.

 NEWS-3.0.0 created.

 Version definition 3.0.0-beta2 created to both hrm and osdn, and I've
started to postpone some things earlier targeted to 3.0.0-beta1 there.

 There's still some preparatory work to do here and there, but overall
everything looks good for 3.0.0-beta1 release next weekend.

  For 2.6.4 we've already resolved 64 tickets. I don't know yet when I
will have time to work towards that release.

 I'm concentrating on 3.0.0-beta1 first, so 2.6.4 will come out only
after that one.

 I've now gone through commit messages up to the current date. No NEWS
created yet, though.

 Created version definition 2.6.5 both to hrm and osdn, and started to
postpone some low importance / high risk changes there.

 NEWS-2.6.4 created

 After 3.0.0-beta1 and 2.6.4, we have also S3_1-alpha1 coming out.

 I've been thinking a bit about what we need for the S3_1-alpha1, but
nothing concrete yet, not even tickets created.

 Some tickets created. More to come.
