[freeciv-dev] Request to test a bug in SDL2 client: Alpha blending moving recenter in map

Hi everyone,

I reported a bug at the forum related to SDL2 client:

However, it seems nobody in the dev team has noticed yet, so I want to forward it here.

I wonder if someone can help test this fix, and finally merge it.

In addition, I wonder if someone can tell me about how to access the bug tracker. I tried to register and it didn't work.
