I was reading more about it. They have openly told that the accuracy is a major problem. But I found another PDF regarding this device. I will attach it to this mail. If you haven't already had a look at it, i think it's worth a read. It has all the details for making a device which measures rainfall, wind speed, wind direction, humidity, temperature, light, pressure, latitude, longitude and altitude.
