That's exactly the way to do it, Elaine. My case is even easier as my email 
client (Pegasus) allows me to choose which of the headers I wish to reply to.

To Unsubscribe: Send email to fptalk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with "unsubscribe" 
in the Subject field. The email that you then receive MUST be replied to per 
instructions to complete the process.
