A note on use the command line utilities. They need a couple of environment variables set. If you use the csh, try adding #For FoxView FoxDraw setenv GMS_HOME /opt/gms setenv WUHOME /opt/windu If you use the Bourne shell (sh), try adding: GMS_HOME=/opt/gms WUHOME=/opt/windu Regards, Alex Johnson Invensys 10707 Haddington Houston, TX 77063 713.722.2859 (office) 713.722.2700 (switchboard) 713.932.0222 (fax) ajohnson@xxxxxxxxxxx <mailto:ajohnson@xxxxxxxxxxx> Come to the Invensys Showcase: http://www.invensysshowcase.com/ <http://www.invensysshowcase.com/> -----Original Message----- From: Andres Chianale M. The fdf_g utility seems to work only locally, is there a way to make = it work through a telnet or rlogin session. 2. The conversion from fdf to bitmap gives "i" files, that I can't open = with xv nor in windows, what kind of files are those? Thanks a lot, Andr=E9s Chianale Systems Engineer Inforsa=20 Chile _______________________________________________________________________ This mailing list is neither sponsored nor endorsed by Invensys Process Systems (formerly The Foxboro Company).
