I think you can disable the Windows tool bar along the bottom of the screen. In 
Control Panel I think there is a Foxboro "No Taskbar Option".  Look under boot 
options. Then you can ensure that the devices are disabled for auto-run or 
disable the device entirely under properties in Explorer.
 
The Explorer is available to (default) Process_Eng environment which you likely 
have password protected under one of the menu picks but it is not available 
under Initial environment or Operator env.  Your engineers enable the device 
(if disabled above) or just use it if it was not disabled. Others hae no access.

I want to do is something like this, if in operator env..operator are
limited to access drives (like A:, DVDROM and only C:) but in =

engineer mode all drive will be accessable. Im working on windows XP
