They are not new FCM's
These FCM's have been around with CP60 as well to go long distance.

The FCP270 can use the FCM2f2 FCM2f4 or FCM2f10 2,4,10 kilometers

Subject: [foxboro] Remote IO with FCP

While attending a version 8 course at Foxboro in august, the instructor
=3D
told us about remote IO from an FCP, just as done over the mesh with a =3D
ZCP, by using one of the new modules for the fiber connection, however I
=3D
cannot find any documentation proving this. Possibly I am confused on if
=3D
it was over the mesh, but I am positive it was at least using fiber to =3D
extend the length limits through a module you use on the baseplates.

Help on this would be greatly appreciated.
