For us a critical question is how often these devices fail verses how many we have installed. This will allow us to take decisions on when to upgrade certain parts of our network. For us here, we have 10 devices, and we have a failure of 1 every two years, giving me 0.5 failure per year figure. Does anybody else have similar information that I could use to confirm my figures ?? Also, on a broader note, are these figures available anywhere else for this device, and any other Foxboro Devices ? Thank you, Nick Maher Process Control Team Leader Barry Plant. _______________________________________________________________________ This mailing list is neither sponsored nor endorsed by Invensys Process Systems (formerly The Foxboro Company).
