If they are 100 series, I would suspect a flaky field bus isolator.

Subject: [foxboro] PIO Bus Errors
Honorable List,
We are getting the following sysmon errors intermittently.
2018-06-08 14:04:36 07CP03 Equip = 070404 SYSMON -00068 Single PIO Bus Access
Error on A
2018-06-08 14:04:36 07CP03 Equip = 070404 SYSMON -00070 Single PIO Bus Access
Recovery on A
The errors are occurring on all 9 FBM's in a cabinet. The FBM's are on 2
separate racks. Always A channel. We replaced one FBM that was the most
frequent offender but that did not solve the problem. The most recent spate of
errors started last Friday afternoon at the same time we had a
thunderstorm/downpour. They occurred 56 times over the weekend ending Sunday
afternoon and have not occurred since. (It hasn't rained since then either).
Has anyone else seen something similar?
Thanks,
Roger Smith
