You can set the time from SMDH from any workstation SMDH.
 
Also, your message may be attributed to your DST setting in the SMDH display.
If your DST setting in SMDH is in MANUAL, time will never egt prpagated from 
MESH to Legacy node and after two missed ten minute updates, legacy node will 
attempt to have a local AW take MTK for that node.
 
So check the DST setting in SMDH....must be AUTO for time to go across ATS.

ups, I forgot to mention that we have two networks (I/A 7.1 - 8.2 ) linked
by an ATS.
must I change the Time from the station who hosts the ATS?

If you have a lot of AWs on one network it shouldn't matter which one
you set the time on (in System Management).

If you have multiple independent networks you'll have to set the time
on one AW on each network.
