Dear All
Our I/A version 7.1.1 has one Integrator 30 (P0961BD-0E) connected to two PLCs
through one RS232/485 converter. The host for the station is AW51F (P79).
We are losing communication almost every day and we normalise by hard resetting
the Integrator 30.
I have changed almost every hardware in the chain eg
Integrator
Selector switch board
peripheral cable
Serial converter 232/485
Also have checked field serial cables and connections. All are ok but still the
communication is hanging. Following is the message coming on the smon_log file
2008-03-07 04:46:21 22MG54 Equip = 22MG54 SYSMON -00043 Equipment failed
The station details are
Soft vers v6.1.6
Idle time 88.9%
I/O scan 78.7
Cont Blks 2.4
Seq Blks 2.9
Total control Cycle 10.0
OM scan 0.8
Station free memory 805152 Bytes
Can anyone suggest troubleshooting tips.
