The CP sends data between stations only when it changes by enough to be
interesting. For floating point numbers, you set the delta. Integers and
Booleans are sent on each change.
You can set the delta configuring a parameter. For example=20
DELTO1 change delta, output 1 real no-con/no-set 1.0 percent
=20
for an AIN block.
Does it helps?
I don't know how IALink works.
