Angel/Sahara,
Yes, I have 43001:F4. Sorry I mistyped it. There are three different types
of devices communicating. Port1 and Port2 device are fine and data also is
received.
The device which is a electric meter & connected to Port3 is unable to
communicate. Rather in SMDH it shows me healthy if I don't configure any
points in IACC. As soon as I configure a floating point, & download, the
SMDH says "Device Failed".
So not sure what I am missing. Gerrit has suggested few things to check
which I will try.
Any other help on the subject is appreciated
Thanks !!
- Rakesh
