Thanks for the suggestions, I new there must be a better way.  I have used
Francios solution, except I used a Calc block with an OSP so that the CLEAR
in the ACCUM block only stays TRUE for 1 sec.  Otherwise the ACCUM block
misses roughly a minute of accumulation.

There are a number of ways to do this but I though someone out there might
have a "better or clever" way.  I need to clear an ACCUM block at the top of
every hour.
