So, you would like the horn to say on as long as there is an unacknowledged
alarm?

        Your notes are, as always, right. 
        In our case, we need to disable the horn button because operators
are very used to silence without acknowleging incoming alarms, to the point
to have those button in very bad state. We want to force operator to always
acknowledge them, is it possible?
