Yeah, what he said ;-)

Omset is what requires the data type.  Omget only takes 2 options, -a (for
alias) or -v, the default (for variable).  Unfortunately you can't use a
data type argument to cast the returned value to another type.

yes. simply call it without parameters.

Just call it with the C:B.P, data types are not needed, omget =
determines the
data type automatically. Instead it shows you after the call the data =
type
of the point just read.
