Fixes existing data, does not prevent it from happening again. We have not put
the latest version on AIM* on yet so not if it is fixed in that.
This is the error I found in the historian.log
ERR 2012/02/24 02:42:32 hsfetch(1902) FormatMessage() failed for instance
hist01 with error=22.
ERR 2012/02/24 02:42:32 hsfetch(1902) Historian hist01 mmap) r177270.fdb errno
= 22 for instance k0hs01 with error=89.
