It's not just installing the DC. This (probably) could have been done W/O
DC's, but that really does not matter. Foxboro has chosen to implement
thier security model using DC's. This is probably the prefered M$ solution.
So, all of the security is ultimately implemented by policies that are set
up in the DC's.

It's these polices (and EPO) that enforce the security model.
