[foxboro] Please trim your quoted material

Please trim the quoted material in your posting. Modern mail clients (espcially
MS Outlook) encourage users to top-post*, and the entire thread accumulated at
the bottom and get forwarded from posting to posting like so much flotsam and
jetsam. Pretty soon, your posting bumps up against the size limit in the list
software and gets held up.
I've periodically helped the process along by approving messages that are
deemed too large, but it only compounds the problem, as it keeps growing.
