[foxboro] Language Conversion

Dear all,
I am new to this freelist and I admit a do not know who to refer my question
to.
I am working on Foxboro DCS in Greece and our client requested a translation
of all texts into Greek. On this direction I tried first of all to implement
the translation on static texts on the graphic pages and in order to do this
massively I created an Excel script.
Does anyone have an idea to make my life easier on this? Is there anything
like a tool or script that can be helpful?
