[foxboro] Infusion CE vs FE?

I'm a bit confused. The Invensys Global Product Support (GPS) website
documents reference two versions of the InFusion Enterprise Control
System (ECS) -- Control Edition v1.0 and Foundation Edition v1.0.
What is the difference between CE vs FE, and why would you choose one or
the other?
