As far as I know not, but I'll check that.

Just learned, that this feature is under development for a new OPC A+E server,
which will be a new product besides the IAConnect OPC server. Release is
currently planned for Feb. 2009.

The IAConnect OPC server is and will remain a pure OPC-DA server only.

Hi all,
Ali, you wrote:

* better SSC support (built in, easy to configure)
* improved stability and performance in general OM list handling
* improvements are essential for write access (data from outside into I/A)
* support for nonconnectable parameters (limits apply)
* nodebus traffic can be limited to certain nodes to avoid traffic through
CLI/LAN interfaces.
* stable reconnect after disconnections due to network problems or reboots
* OPC address database can be updated manually or automatically (even client
initiated) with the I/A CSA database
* generally better performance (faster)

As far as I know not, but I'll check that.

Hi Marcel
What's the main advantage of this OPC server over AIM*AT OPC server? does it
have support for A&E standard now?
