[foxboro] ATS base system requirements (was: More future direction question s.)

Before I start answering Neil's question, I have one for you folks.
Does everyone realize that:
1) An ATS requires a V8.x host?
2) The only V8.x host today is an AW70?
3) V7.x AWs are not be able to boot CP270s
4) There are no plans to boot CP270s from V7.x hosts
That is, if the goal is to use this ATS to avoid Windows hosts, it is not
possible until Solaris on the Mesh is released.
This isn't new right?
I ask because I got the feeling that there might be some different
expectations than the four mentioned above regarding ATS and CP270 hosting.
