Hi all,
there is a conference on Linux and Open Source in Moscow.

Check it out. There are speakers from Tajikistan and Kazakhstan.
I guess it is too late to apply, but try to apply next time. I'm sure you have
good stuff to show. These kind of events are good opportunities to spread a
word on what you are doing and look at what others are doing and learn.
