Amen! Bro. Dale, As Bro. Pendleton stated, "The gospel does not give life, it
brings life and immortality to light". It is the revealer of that which has
already taken place in the heart, mind and soul of the elect believer. For ONLY
the Spirit of Christ is the means of spiritual life imparted to Gods adopted
heirs of grace.

Thanks for sharing brethren I was encouraged by this in hearing that Christ’s
faithfulness has saved his people and that the gospel simply has brought this
to light but has not conferred life. I’ve met those that hold that the gospel
actually confers life and I must say that they have much contempt for those who
don’t “know” as much as them. May Christ alone be praised. What do we have
that we haven’t received?

Greetings to all;
We were blessed to have bro. Paul Pendelton from West Virginia, visiting with
us today. The LORD blessed him with this message and we were blessed in
hearing it. Here is the link to that message.
Blessings,mike
