Join Friends of KEDM for the 7th Annual Summer Beer Tasting, sponsored by
Marsala Beverage, on Thursday, June 12 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Marsala
Events Center in Monroe.
The staff from Marsala has a selection of beers to sample, featuring
Louisiana brews as well as beers from around the world. Many of the brewers
will be on hand to answer questions about how the idea for each beer was
conceived, and to talk about the brewing process.
Rhoda Brown's barbeque will be available for an additional donation.
Proceeds from the event help "Secure the Sound" of KEDM Public Radio.
