As we mentioned at the meeting last Tuesday, we plan on getting to the
site at 3:30 to set up. Matt West tells me the tent (10x20) takes 6 people
to set up. Please try to be punctual.
Please remember to supply your own ice or cooling equipment. Cups will
be provided by the Council..
