Unfortunately I shall not be at tonight’s meeting. Currently travelling back
from Cardiff after escorting a group of Children on the New Measurement Train.
It maybe appropriate to set up a small sub group (committee), who manage the
hall. This will need regular forecasting of the income/expenditure so that we
can understand how future funds are set aside, and income charges set
appropriate to the community need, and our liability.
The sub committee can report to the main exec and get approval on the approach
for the next year, without drawing everybody in.
Obviously this meeting needs direction today so that we can understand what
works we need to undertake immediately, and give feedback on the trustees
meeting that was held.

The boys have come down with a sickness bug which they have shared with
