A bug in the git build. On archlinux for whatever reason the
fenrir.service file does not get installed in the proper location for
systemd to run it to enable fenrir to run on startup. Two versions of
it are in my .cache/pikaur/builds/fenrir/src subdirectory one specific
to debian and apparently the other for general use.

For those running archlinux and using espeakup and espeak who did the last
kernel upgrade 5.59-10, you may have noticed speaker-test and espeakup no
longer work.
I have a rescue disk for that system so will be doing a couple things in
future.
First I'll continue the updates using the rescue disk.
Next I'll check and see if speaker-test and espeakup work.
Finally I'll try installing fenrir-git on that system and see when that
starts working.
By working I mean it talks when the system boots.
Fortunately I have more than one solid state disk and have different
systems in use on each of those disks
so I have some protection from surprises like this.
