Exchange club june 17th 2019

Gerry is a new member, and has got a new Iphone 6, and needs help in using it
with voice over.
Bert/Marian got him up and running in creating a triple tap short cut to
putting on his voice and taking voice off.
But for some strange reason when using siri, siri will not respond to any of
his questions, although he is connected to the internet.
We will get to the bottom of this problem, must be some sort of setting.
Bob has a problem in using N V D A with word,
For some reason lately, the words just jump onto the page randomely
And it makes no sense, Cearbhall thought that N V D A software version might
need to be reinstalled to cope with the latest version of Word.
Bob WILL TRY THIS AND report back to us.
Mary is still having trouble with a smaller batterary life, and Bert is
looking into this problem, it might be that after the recent wetting of her
phone, she might need a new batterary.
Marian told all of us about her new branded anti glare glasses, they are
called Cocoon,
And they sound very good indeed.
