Sorry to hear that you wish to go and that you are having difficulty with the
unsubscribe process.
What steps did you take
It would be useful to know how the unsubscribe process is not working so that I
can report it.
Here is the instruction which the list sends to the Admin:
"While FreeLists used to provide list admins with a means of subscribing users
manually, due to the CASL effective July 1, 2014, we can no longer safely offer
this feature.
Subscribers must now take a more active role in the subscription process.
