Hello Matt Hun, I wish to advise that I will attend the trip to tip weekend on
the 13th to the 15th of September. I will need a single room on the ground
floor on the left Arnside usually which are both number 103 or something like
that. I will have a guy dog with me. Best wishes Derry

Dear all,
We are happy to confirm that the annual “Trip to Tipp” for 2019 will take
place from Friday 13th to Sunday 15th September. The venue is as always the
wonderful Horse & Jockey Hotel. Availability at the hotel is limited at this
time of year and we were lucky to secure as many rooms in September as last
year.
We will be in touch over the coming weeks to provide details of the itinerary
over the 2 days and nights. Please let us know if you are interested in
participating this year. As there will be a limit on the number of rooms
available, we shall be offering places on a first-come-first served basis.
Please also indicate if you are interested in sharing or if you want a single
room.
The costs are as follows (including dinner and breakfast):
€85 per person sharing per night
€105 single room per night (limited number available)
As with last year, you will make your own travel arrangements to reach the
hotel. The majority of participants used the train to Thurles, and then by
taxi to the hotel.
Please let us know by Friday 2nd August at the latest, if you wish to go.
Also, if you require a particular room (e.g. on the ground floor or one that
would fit a guide dog) please let us know as soon as possible.
Please include a contact number when applying for a place on the weekend.
Best wishes,
Mahon
