Many thanks Declan - that worked perfectly.
I had forgotten about F for Forms.
I pressed F until I heard "Whats on your mind" and pressed enter.
I then pressed tab until I heard "What on your mind" and entered some text.
I then pressed tab until I heard Post and pressed enter.
Worked perfectly.
