Hi Joan Ann,
Try the following:
* Select the PDF file you want to open using Windows/File Explorer.
* Press Shift+F10 (or the AppKey) to open the contextual menu.
* Arrow down to Recognise with JAWS, and press Enter.
You can select and copy text in the Results Viewer window as per
Notepad, Word, etc.
