Hi Eleanor,
I don't have books on my Iphone but what happens if you try doing a "Double
tap" first on the book in question you want to delete then straight away
afterwards holding your finger on the book. Usually doing this will invoke a
delete option for other things so it might work for deleting books.

I am unable to delete a book using Voice Over. My friend who is blind says
she has to get a sighted person to do this and she has to turn off voice
over for this purpose. Surely this should not be the case, especially in
