Subject: SÃIL - Seen - Unseen August event
Hi Michael

Event Description:
The August Seen - Unseen event is a participation in SÃIL Harbour to Harbour
on Cape Clear Island. Cape Clear Island is situated in West Cork 8 miles by
ferry from Baltimore. SÃIL is a Sculptural Sensorial Walk and is an art
project by Artist Clare Mc Laughlin.
Date: Wednesday 15th August 2018 at 12.30pm
Accomodation:
2 nights' stay: Tues 14th August 2018 and Wed 15th August 2018
@ 25 euros per person per night at the island hostel.
Total = 50 euros.
Includes: bedding on bunk beds and Continental breaksfast.
Dinner is available at the hostel for 15 euros per person.
There is also a cafe and 2 pubs a short walk away. They speak Gaelic on the
island.
We could take the island bus around the island, and go for walks. Clare has
also arranged a visit to an organic goats ice cream farm on the Tuesday
after we arrive.
How to get there fom Dublin:
Train from Euston station to Cork. Bus Eareann to Skibbereen and Baltimore.
Our CIE travel passes work on the train, bus and ferry.
