Egan, Martha Parkinson, Noreen Meagher, Pat Carroll and Cearbhall O Meadhra on
SpeakerPhone.
Cearbhall asked the Group did anyone use Fire Fox. Ken and Noreen did but they
went back to using Internet explorer.
This led onto Pat Walsh asking the question is jaws compatible with Google
chrome.
Noreen asked did anyone know if there was funding available to help with
buying a laptop. Several of the members gave their own experience.
Cearbhall wanted to find out did anyone use the templates at the boting
referendums. All of the members gave their own experience how they got on.
Overall the group felt it was very time consuming and not very accessible.
Pat Walsh wanted some assistance on replying to a message on the app messenger.
Ken and Cearbhall talked Pat through the steps on this.
Pat Walsh wanted to know did anyone use the program office Libre. None of the
group had experience using this.
Ken informed the group he was feeling adventurous during the week and decided
to increase the speach rate of Jaws on his laptop.
Several members of the group discussed what audible books they are listening
to at the moment.
The next meeting is on Saturday, the 15th of June
