Mary is a new member(welcome Mary),
And wanted to know what else she could do to make her mobile more
accessible to her.
She has some vision problems, so Declan/Cearbhall/Michael/PAUL,
Introduced her to Talk back, as she has a Samson galaxy mobile,
She found it in her settings and enabled it, and we created a short cut for
switching it on and off.
Declan showed her how there was magnification as well, and various colour
contrasts to help her get more from her phone.
Michael has an issue using Word 2016 with Outlook,
It will not work for him, and keeps asking him for his password.
He must delete everything and start again , and it will work again for a
short time, then revert again by asking him for his password.
Michael thinks that his g mail account (Google), does not trust Microsoft
outlook from a security point of view.
Martina's desktop is stuck in what appears to be safe mode. .
Everything was suggested including using the recovery disk , but as she
has a relative with computer skills,
It was suggested that having him look at it , would be the best option.
She could not even reboot by using control+alt+delete to reboot.
Bert is configuring his Cash reader to read Polish currency in advance of
his visit to Poland.
